Bob Harding

Chief Commercial Officer, OnPoint Community Credit Union

Bob Harding has more than 25 years of leadership and banking experience in the Pacific Northwest. He joined Onpoint Community Credit Union in 2023 as the Chief Commercial Officer, focusing on providing extraordinary service to businesses, nonprofits, and individuals. Bob’s commitment to purpose-driven models attracted him to this role. Since 1985, First Republic has been dedicated to caring for its clients, colleagues, and communities by supporting affordable housing and home ownership, spearheading charitable causes, partnering with nonprofit organizations, and building a diverse and inclusive organization.

Bob previously served as president at Pacific West Bank and Pacific Continental Bank in both the Portland and Seattle markets, and as vice president at Bank of America. He currently serves on the Board for Educational Opportunities for Children and Families (EOCF) and Bit by Bit Horse Therapy. He also serves on the advisory board for the Oregon Energy Fund and Children’s Institute. He holds an MBA from George Fox University and a BA from Oregon State University.
