Kim Walker
Executive Assistant
Kim Walker joined Children’s Institute in 2026. She grew up in rural Southern Oregon before serving in the U.S. Navy. Kim has extensive experience as an administrative and governance professional and has previously supported senior executives in financial services and banking.
Following her military career, Kim moved to Portland and now lives in Columbia County where she serves on a local school board. She holds a BS and MS in business management.
Kim enjoys her extensive family and she and her husband can often be found on trips to the Oregon Coast, Mt. Saint Helens, the Columbia River Gorge, or Mt. Hood, sharing the wonders of our state with her grandkids.
