Vice President of Revenue Operations, Pence Construction

Marc Monaghan serves as the Vice President of Revenue Operations at Pence Construction. With over nine years of experience leading revenue operations and business development, Marc now oversees the company’s estimating and preconstruction teams. Since joining Pence in 2016, he’s played a key role in expanding the company’s reach, building strong client relationships, and driving growth across multiple markets. He’s also a co-owner of the company.

A major contributor to Pence’s success is its commitment to promoting diversity and equity in the commercial construction industry. The company has teamed up with NAMC-Oregon to create more opportunities for women and people of color, particularly through subcontracting roles that can lead to leadership and executive positions.

Marc, who is also a LEED Accredited Professional, explained that Pence team members regularly attend NAMC-Oregon meetings to share upcoming subcontracting opportunities and connect with diverse businesses at community events.
